  Went there on Thursday, fully expecting to have a true tubing adventure, not a nightmare! Got there and was told a different price than quoted on the phone and online. We were then lied to about the categories of rapids we would encounter. After getting flipped out of my tube on a faster area, I was stranded for 2.5 hours! My friends went to get help but no one was there! I was rescued by a kayak instructor (Zach) from a different company. He said not to feel bad because I wasn't the first person to have this problem. Smh I was walking back to the pick up point by the time they came to my aid and even then, the only concern was for their tube! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! (SN: Big thanks to Wilderness Cove Tubing for helping my friends! Try them, not Silver Creek.) Response to the Owner: Please let the record show that your inexperience and snide comments only further reinforce the lack of professionalism at this establishment. Definitely not how you win over clients. In addition, the following week, my family and I returned to the same river with a different company - Wilderness Cove Tubing - and had the time of our lives! So I guess tubing CAN be for everyone, if given the necessary equipment and guidance. In the future, I suggest staying away from ASSumptions.
